Can I add more pages?

Yes you can. Once your site is launched you can add as many new pages as you like.

Can I add a blog?

Yes you can add a blog. You can view our tutorial here on how to get started with a blog on your Toolbox website.

Can I use this for an online store?

Our Toolbax sites are just for service businesses. You cannot add an eCommerce store to your website.

Copy & Images

Do I have to have a logo?

No, if you don't have a logo we can create a text based logo for you. You can always add a logo when you get one.

What do I need to provide?

Fill out all the details in our Get Started Form and we'll have everything we need to create your website for you.

What we need from you:

  • Business name and contact details
  • Your choice of template
  • A description of your business
  • Information about the services you offer
  • Information about you, and your team if you have one
  • Testimonials from your customers, if you have some
  • Your logo files if you have a logo
  • Images if you are providing your own
  • Your chosen colour scheme and font selection
  • Your domain name information.
Where do I get my images from?

It's preferable to have your own images or professional photos. If you don't have have any, you can use stock or royalty free images.

How long will it take to build my site?

Once you have filled in the form, and supplied your images, we will get to work and your website will be up within 10 working days.

What happens if I need to update something?

Small updates like updating content and imagery will be easy to do yourself. 

When your site is built we will provide you with a quick and easy tutorial that will show you how.

If you don't have time or need assistance our dedicated support team is always on hand.

How do I choose a domain name?

Choose a short, easy to type and remember domain name that contains your brand name or relevant keywords and is relevant to your brand.

Avoid things like numbers and hyphens.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

You can get started with a $350 deposit.

Then $125 monthly payments for the first 12 months.

If you don't have a domain name, we can set one up for you for free.

After the first year you just need to continue paying the hosting ($59 per month) and domain name ($60 per year).

All prices are GST exclusive.

Are there ongoing costs after the site goes live?
